$5K Your Way Draw 06 – Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1 These Terms and Conditions are $5K Your Way Draw 06 Terms and Conditions and form part of the Terms and Conditions of the Dream Home Art Union. The General Terms and Conditions are available at dreamhomeartunion.com.au/termsandconditions.

1.2 Any terms used in the $5K Your Way Draw 06 Terms and Conditions which have been defined in the General Terms and Conditions or the VIP Club Terms and Conditions will have the same meaning in the $5K Your Way Draw 06 Terms and Conditions.

1.3 In the event of any inconsistency between the $5K Your Way Draw 06 Terms and Conditions and any other part of the Terms and Conditions, the following will prevail in descending order of precedence:

a) $5K Your Way Draw 06 Terms and Conditions;

b) VIP Club Exclusive Draws Terms and Conditions;

c) Any other Terms and Conditions for a Draw in which only VIP Club Members are eligible for entry;

d) VIP Club Terms and Conditions;

e) Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions;

f) General Terms and Conditions.

2. Draw Details

2.1 The $5K Your Way Draw 06 '5KYW06' is a Bonus Draw conducted by Returned and Services League of Australia (Queensland Branch), ABN 79 902 601 713 under ACT Permit No. TP26/00305, NSW Authority No. TP/04367, SA Permit No. M14927.

2.2 5KYW06 will open at 12:00am (AEST) Wednesday, 10 June 2026 and close at 11:59pm (AEST) on Thursday, 11 June 2026.

2.3 5KYW06 will be drawn at 10:00am (AEST) on Thursday, 18 June 2026 at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 by way of approved random number generator.

2.4 Winners will be notified directly in writing, and results will be published at dreamhomeartunion.com.au/winners on Thursday, 18 June 2026.

3. Entry and Eligibility

3.1 To be eligible, customers must:

a) Purchase a valid entry into any current open Prize Home Draw via the Dream Home Art Union website (dreamhomeartunion.com.au), Call Centre (1300 775 888) between 12.00am (AEST) Wednesday, 10 June 2026 and 11:59pm (AEST) Thursday, 11 June 2026; and

b) Any VIP Club Member who are up-to-date with their monthly ticket payments and that payment happens to fall on the date in clause 3.1 a) will be included.

3.2 Each customer who meets the eligibility criteria listed in clause 3.1, will receive entries equal to the ticket book purchased in any open draw, during the promotional period set out in table below.

3.3 Your entry into 5KYW06 is by your unique sales reference number located on your ticket in the current open Prize Home Draws which is used to validate the drawn winning entry. You will not be sent a separate 5KYW06 ticket.

4. Prize

4.1 One (1) prize is available in 5KYW06 to the value of $5,000; your choice of:

a) Cash, or;

b) A fuel voucher, or;

c) A homewares voucher.

4.2 Any cash prize exceeding $2,000 will be paid to the winner by EFT into a bank account nominated by the winner (which may be in two names if you have nominated yourself and another person on the one VIP Club Member account).

4.3 You may elect for the whole prize to be paid by the method in clause 4.2 by notifying us.

5. Additional Terms Relating to the Gift Cards

5.1 For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions a ‘Gift Card’ means any physical or digital Gift Card that is or forms part of a prize.

5.2 You are responsible for ensuring correct contact details are provided at the time of entry into the promotion. Personal information collected in relation to your Gift Card will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy www.dreamhomeartunion.com.au/privacy.

5.3 Gift Cards are not transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash and are only redeemable at participating stores.

5.4 The Gift Cards are issued by the applicable Australian retailer and unless otherwise stated on the issuer’s Gift Card, the Gift Card is only redeemable at participating Australian stores.

5.5 For this promotion, all Gift Cards will be issued electronically.

5.6 The winner will have their Gift Card distributed from Thursday, 18 June 2026 to their registered email address.

5.7 Gift Cards listed in clause 4.1 of these Terms and Conditions are subject to the issuers Terms and Conditions.

6. Unclaimed Prizes

6.1 Unclaimed prizes will be dealt in accordance with the combined legislative requirements for the conduct of the 5KYW06. In the event that a prize remains unclaimed for three months following the draw, a re-Draw will be conducted at 10:30am (AEST) on Thursday, 24 September 2026, at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 at by way of approved random number generator.
