1.3 In the event of any inconsistency between the Flash 5 Draw 12 Terms and Conditions and any other part of the Terms and Conditions, the following will prevail in descending order of precedence:

b) VIP Club Exclusive Draws Terms and Conditions;
c) Any other Terms and Conditions for a Draw in which only VIP Club Members are eligible for entry;

2.4 Winners will be notified directly in writing, and results will be published at dreamhomeartunion.com.au/winners Thursday, 6 August 2026.
2.5 Dream Home Art Union reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend any draw at any time for any reason and/or disqualify entries for non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions subject to State/ Territory lottery licensing approvals.
3. Entry and Eligibility
3.1 To be eligible, customers must:
a) Purchase a valid entry into any current open Prize Home Draw via the Dream Home Art Union website (dreamhomeartunion.com.au), Call Centre (1300 775 888) between 12:00am and 11:59pm (AEST) on Thursday, 30 July 2026; and
b) Any VIP Club Member who are up-to-date with their monthly ticket payments and that payment happens to fall on the date in clause 3.1 a) will be included.
3.2 Each customer who meets the eligibility criteria listed in clause 3.1, will receive entries equal to the ticket book purchased in any open draw, during the promotional period set out in table below.

b) Any VIP Club Member who are up-to-date with their monthly ticket payments and that payment happens to fall on the date in clause 3.1 a) will be included.
3.2 Each customer who meets the eligibility criteria listed in clause 3.1, will receive entries equal to the ticket book purchased in any open draw, during the promotional period set out in table below.

3.3 Your entry into 7DF06 is by your unique sales reference number located on your ticket in the current open Prize Home Draws which is used to validate the drawn winning entry. You will not be sent a separate 7DF06 ticket.

4. Prize
4.1 One (1) individual prize is available in 7DF06, consisting of $2,000 cash.
5. Any cash prize exceeding $2,000 will be paid to the winner by EFT into a bank account nominated by the winner (which may be in two names if you have nominated yourself and another person on the one VIP Club Member account).
6. Unclaimed Prizes
6.1 Unclaimed prizes will be dealt in accordance with the combined legislative requirements for the conduct of 7DF06. In the event that a prize remains unclaimed for three months following the Draw, a re-Draw will be conducted at 10:30am (AEST) on Thursday, 12 November 2026, at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 by way of approved random number generator.
7 Day Frenzy Draw 07 – Terms and Conditions
1. General
1.1 These Terms and Conditions are 7 Day Frenzy Draw 07 ‘7DF07’ Terms and Conditions and form part of the Terms and Conditions of the Dream Home Art Union. The General Terms and Conditions are available at dreamhomeartunion.com.au/termsandconditions.
1.2 Any terms used in the 7DF07 Terms and Conditions which have been defined in the General Terms and Conditions or the VIP Club Terms and Conditions will have the same meaning in the 7DF07 Terms and Conditions.
1.3 In the event of any inconsistency between the 7DF07 Terms and Conditions and any other part of the Terms and Conditions, the following will prevail in descending order of precedence:
a) 7DF07 Terms and Conditions;
b) VIP Club Exclusive Draws Terms and Conditions;
c) Any other Terms and Conditions for a Draw in which only VIP Club Members are eligible for entry;
d) VIP Club Terms and Conditions;
e) Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions;
f) General Terms and Conditions.
2. Draw Details
2.1 7DF07 is conducted by Returned and Services League of Australia (Queensland Branch), ABN 79 902 601 713, trading as Dream Home Art Union under NSW Authority No. TP/04367.
2.2 7DF07 will open from 12:00am and close at 11:59pm (AEST) on Friday, 7 August 2026.
2.3 7DF07 will be drawn at 10:00am (AEST) on Tuesday, 11 August 2026 at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 by way of approved random number generator.
2.4 Winners will be notified directly in writing, and results will be published at dreamhomeartunion.com.au/winners on Tuesday, 11 August 2026.
2.5 Dream Home Art Union reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend any draw at any time for any reason and/or disqualify entries for non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions subject to State/ Territory lottery licensing approvals.
