Flash 5 Draw 434 01 – Terms and Conditions

General

1. These Terms and Conditions are Flash 5 Draw 434 01 ‘F5D-434-01' Terms and Conditions and form part of the Terms and Conditions of the Dream Home Art Union. The General Terms and Conditions are available at www.dreamhomeartunion.com.au/about/terms-and-conditions.

2. Any terms used in the F5D-434-01 Terms and Conditions which have been defined in the General Terms and Conditions or the VIP Club Terms and Conditions will have the same meaning in the F5D-434-01 Terms and Conditions.

3. In the event of any inconsistency between the F5D-434-01 Terms and Conditions and any other part of the Terms and Conditions, the following will prevail in descending order of precedence:

• F5D-434-01 Terms and Conditions;
• Any other Terms and Conditions for a Draw in which only VIP Club Members are eligible for entry;
• VIP Club Terms and Conditions;
• Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions;
• General Terms and Conditions.

4. F5D-434-01 is conducted by Returned and Services League of Australia (Queensland Branch), ABN 79 902 601 713, trading as Dream Home Art Union under the following permits: ACT Permit No. TP26/01519, NSW Authority No. TP/04367, SA Permit No. M15001.

5. F5D-434-01 will open from 12:00am and close at 11:59pm (AEST) on Thursday, 3 September 2026.

6. F5D-434-01 will be drawn at 10:00am (AEST) on Thursday, 10 September 2026 at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 by way of approved random number generator.

7. Winners will be notified directly in writing, and results will be published at www.dreamhomeartunion.com.au/winners on Thursday, 10 September 2026.

8. Dream Home Art Union reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend any Draw at any time for any reason and/or disqualify entries for non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions subject to State/ Territory lottery licensing approvals.

Entry and Eligibility

9. To be eligible, customers must:

• Purchase a valid entry into any current open Prize Home Draws via the Dream Home Art Union website (www.dreamhomeartunion.com.au), Call Centre (1300 775 888) between 12:00am and 11:59pm (AEST) on Thursday, 3 September 2026; and
• Any VIP Club Member who are up-to-date with their monthly ticket payments and that payment happens to fall on the date in above will be included.

10. Each customer who meets the eligibility criteria listed in clause 9, will receive entries equal to the ticket book purchased in any open draw, during the promotional period set out in table below:

11. Your entry into F5D-434-01 is by your unique sales reference number located on your ticket in the current open Prize Home Draw which is used to validate the drawn winning entry. You will not be sent a separate F5D-434-01 ticket.

Prize

12. One (1) individual prize is available in F5D-434-01, consisting of $5,000 cash.

13. Any cash prize exceeding $2,000 will be paid to the winner by EFT into a bank account nominated by the winner (which may be in more than one name if you have nominated yourself and at least one other person on your Account).

Unclaimed Prizes

14. Unclaimed prizes will be dealt in accordance with the combined legislative requirements for the conduct of F5D-434-01. In the event that a prize remains unclaimed for three months following the Draw, a re-Draw will be conducted at 10:30am (AEST) on Thursday, 10 December 2026, at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 by way of approved random number generator.
